DNV Developments' initial project was the development of two separate properties in Centurion Estate .
Soon after the completion of these projects, the company acquired half of Montebelli , a small development that
saw them in charge of 10 stands. DNV sold 5 of the stands in record time and built the other 5; all of which were
over 250 meters squared in size.

By this time DNV Developments had made a name for themselves with all of the company's completed projects
being situated in the Centurion and Highveld areas. Being highly sought after districts close to all social
amenities, the projects sold quickly. For only being on the property development market for less than a year, DNV Developments continued developing their already impressive track record by partnering with Gael Construction.

Situated close to Centurion, DNV Developments and Gael Construction united companies and successfully erected
four Tuscan style homes, of approximately 200-250 meters squared, in the Raslouw area. All homes were built
within a private estate.
